The founders of the firm, Brian Litz and Marc Soloway, wanted a name to reflect their devotion to family and belief of living in the moment. CAOS is an acronym derived from the names of Brian’s two sons and Marc’s daughter and son.

Our Team

CAOS Construction integrates architectural and interior design with construction, which allows the team to forsee future challenges that may arise in the field. Open communication between all team members has proven to be the secret ingredient to a worry-free process allowing our clients to enjoy building their custom home from the first sketch to the final finishing touch.

BRIAN LITZ | General Contractor

Brian Litz, co-founder of CAOS Construction LLC and graduate of the University of Arizona, is a licensed general contractor, architect and real estate professional in the state of Arizona. Brian’s 26 years of industry experience includes residential, corporate, retail and higher education architecture.

Brian leads the construction phase of the design build process at CAOS. Working hand-in-hand with Marc and Esthela during the initial design development of each project, Brian provides insight into means and methods to ensure a smooth transition from paper to construction.

Marc A Soloway | Architect

Marc Soloway, co-founder of CAOS Construction LLC and graduate of the University of Arizona, is a licensed architect and leads the design phase. He creates an atmosphere where the focus and design philosophy centers around the client by emphasizing client involvement. This ensures that the finished project is much more than the client originally envisioned. He strives for full client participation in the process and that clients feel comfortable in all phases of design and construction until the day they move in.

Marc is laid back in his demeanor which allows everyone involved to be comfortable talking through their wishes. He is meticulous in manner and provides immediate response to any questions.

Esthela Celaya | Interior Designer

Esthela Celaya heads up interiors with over 16 years of hands on experience in both residential and commercial Interior Design. Esthela has a B.S. in Interior Design as well is an active member of ASID and MKBA. Esthela works closely with each client to create the design and environment tailored to each client’s individual needs, aesthetics and lifestyle. The process is seamless, combining architectural planning and detailing with finishes and furnishings for a truly cohesive and thoughtful design. The result is that perfect balance of space, light, and form creating truly individual and personalized spaces.
